 Meinung von Vladi*** am 25. April 2013 Terrible service!!!!! When making an order, I was told that the products were in stock and available. So I paid the full amount for the order via credit card. The next day I was informed to additionaly pay for cost of delivery, so I paid that as well. However, almost immediately after paying for both the order and delivery, I received an email saying that "unfortunately the products are not available". Now I've been constantly emailing them to receive the money back, but still after 2 days no result. I am still waiting for the refund and am dissatisfied with the poor quality of the service. |
